Yesterday I had an opportunity to press the Chancellor of the Exchequer on the continued lack of final justice for the victims of the Equitable Life scandal. It is distressing that the Chancellor continues to ignore the necessity of addressing this matter and continues to insist that the matter is “closed” after the most recent review.
